Purpose

Defines requirements and constraints for content published by Makers.

Content Requirements

• Content MUST comply with local and international law.
• Content MUST respect platform terms regarding hate, harassment, and illegal activities.
• Content SHOULD be original or properly licensed.

Prohibited Content

• Illegal material.
• Explicit incitement to violence.
• Fraudulent or deceptive content.
• Content that violates third-party IP rights.

Moderation

The platform MAY:

• Remove or demote content violating policies.
• Revoke monetization for specific Content Items.
• Suspend or terminate Maker accounts for repeated violations.

Impact on Earnings

If content is demoted, removed, or demonetized:

• Future Reward Units from that content may be zero.
• Existing Reward Units already accumulated remain unless fraud is detected.
